Data Deletion Request

You can ask BQuile to delete personal data we hold about you, your contacts, your conversations, and your workspace. We comply with applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR, India DPDP, and CCPA).

Effective date: April 25, 2026

What you can request

  • Deletion of your account and all profile information.
  • Deletion of conversation history, contacts, templates, and broadcasts within your workspace.
  • Removal of personal data shared via Meta-connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger).
  • Revocation of access tokens and disconnection of WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA).

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at privacy@bquile.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your workspace ID (visible in account settings) and the scope of data you want deleted (entire account, a single contact, a specific conversation, etc.).
  3. We will verify your identity and acknowledge your request within 7 days. Deletion completes within 30 days, or sooner where required by law.
  4. Once complete, we will email you confirmation. Some records may be retained for legitimate legal, security, or anti-abuse purposes (e.g. audit logs) and will be purged when no longer required.

Meta / Facebook user data

If you signed into BQuile using Facebook or another Meta-connected account, you can also revoke access from the "Apps and Websites" section of your Facebook account settings. After revocation, contact us so we can purge any residual data we hold about you.
